    All bookings are made online through boxbraidstyles.com. Select your preferred braid size and any add-ons, then choose an available date and time. A $70 deposit via Square confirms your booking.

  • What braid sizes do you offer?

    Box Braid Styles offers:
    Jumbo Braids: Bold and voluminous with larger parts
    Large Braids: Full but slightly more compact
    Medium Braids: Balanced density and neat length
    Small Braids: Sleek, fine sections for maximum detail

    Visual examples of each size are available in the booking menu.

  • Where do appointments take place?

    This is a mobile braid service — appointments take place in the comfort of your own space. Clients provide a clean, well-lit space with seating and access to power if needed.

  • What should I do to prepare?

    – Hair washed, detangled, and completely dry
    No oils, creams, or leave-ins applied

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    – $70 deposit paid online via Square when booking
    – Remaining balance paid on the day via Square, PayID, or Bank Transfer
    Cash is not accepted unless pre-arranged
    Receipts are provided for all transactions.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule?

    Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but one reschedule is permitted with notice.

  • How long do box braids last?

    With proper care, most braid sizes last 6–8 weeks. You’ll receive detailed aftercare instructions following your appointment.

  • Do you offer take-down services?

    Yes — professional braid removal can be added when booking. This ensures your hair is handled with care, ready for a new install or rest.
